Each AirNest™ comes with a 2 year manufacturer’s defect warranty.  If your Air Nest arrives damaged or broken, please send an email to [email protected] and we will send you a new Air Nest. Our limited warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing issues

Return Process

Step 1. Send an email to [email protected] with an explanation of what happened, a photo, your name, address, phone number, and order number.

Step 2. Once we receive your request we will issue an RMA and process your warranty claim. Please allow 7-10 days to process your request.

Step 3. Once approved, you will be asked to send the damaged Air Nest back to the warehouse for assessment and a replacement will be sent to you.

We want you to be happy with your Air Nest and will strive to ensure your satisfaction with quick and responsive action.

 

Normal Wear & Tear

Please note: Our warranty does not apply to products that have been mis-used, abused, nor to normal wear-and-tear. Air Nest is not a floatation device and returns/exchanges with water exposure will not be accepted. Warranty applies with proof of purchase from our website or an authorized reseller.

 

Returns

We would be sorry to see you go as a customer, but we understand if things don’t work out for some reason. You have 15 days to return the product unused and undamaged.  Please send us an email at [email protected] and let us know the reason and we’ll help process the return. You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the Air Nest to the warehouse.
